Personal Identification: Full Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
Academic Interests: Intended program of study and academic goals.
Ambassador Data: Profile information provided via Google Authentication for the referral program.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is processed exclusively to facilitate your entry into the United African University of Tanzania. Specifically:

Inquiry Processing: Connecting you with the admissions department.
Referral Tracking: Attributing student leads to the correct Ambassador for recognition.
Communication: Sending updates regarding your application status.

3. Data Security

We utilize Firebase's enterprise-grade security architecture. All data is stored in Google Cloud's secure environment with strict access controls. Administrative access to student leads is limited to verified UAUT staff only.
